She completely understood what we wanted from them (natural, outdoor photos), and managed to get everyone to cooperate, including a 3 year old, 11 month old and a dog! Most recently photographed for us was our wedding and she was amazing as always from day one, taking time throughout the run up to the wedding to learn what myself and my other half envisioned for our big day and with the shots we wanted.
